Count down until 2015

Just like everyone else tonight I will be ringing in the New Year. I hope this upcoming year will full of fun memories, great experiences, and even better opportunities. Every year we all make new years resolutions.  I hope all of my readers have a wonderful New Years Eve and a wonderful New Years.

   I have the great privilege of announcing the first line of Cat's Wax Cubes. The first scents are Country Kitchen, Peppermint Patty, Holly Wreath, Cinnamon Stick.

The Country Kitchen scent smells like warm cinnamon apples with an under tone of cherries.
The Peppermint patty scent smells like the clean fresh of peppermint with undertones of white chocolate.
The Pine Tree smells like a fresh cut hunk of pine wood.

I hope all of my readers had a wonderful Christmas. We are fast approaching the new year with all of its wonderful times from new years parties to watching the ball drop or for those in Nashville watching the music note drop. I hope you all will have a Happy New Year. For any of my readers that come looking for me at the Cookeville Flea Market I have pulled out of the flea market for now but I will be returning. Right now I am working on a wax melt line as well as starting work on my spring jewelry line. So keep your eyes out for that. I will be adding them to my etsy store as soon as I get them up and running. If there are any special scents you would like to see just let me know in the comments or in the poll in the side bar

Jingle Bells Jingle Bells

     Its only six days until Christmas. This is such a wonderful time of year to spend time with those we hold dear. No matter who we are or where we are from we all come together to celebrate the joy of the season. We need to remember those that are less fortunate than we are. So as we gather around with our family and friends think about those who don't have as much as we do. remember those those who can be with their family. this goes for everyone not only in the U.S. but all around the world.
    I know that Thanksgiving is the time most give thanks for what they have but what if we gave thanks for what we have as we come into the season of giving. If we could focus on what we have rather than what we want and give back to our community this world might come a little closer to having some peace.  So to all of my wonderful readers I hope you all have a wonderful and joyous Christmas.

The Flea Market

As many of my readers know I have been working out of the Cookeville Flea Market. This upcoming weekend will be my last weekend at the flea market. I will be cosigning most of my jewelry through R & B Exchange in Cookeville and I will still have my on-line stores. If anybody wants to come by and see my jewelry this weekend I will be there until about 4:30 pm on Saturday and 4:00 on Sunday.

New style of ring

I have been working on a new style of ring that is different from the wire wrap rings that I have been making. I  would love to know what my readers think of it.

The ring in the pictures is Moonstone and Ruby. The setting is made of steel. Each  one of my unique creations is truly one of a kind as no two can be be the same do to the process of make each piece by hand. I have said before in past posts that I am able to do custom work. I can make rings like this in a range of sizes from size 1 all the way to size 15, in a wide range of stones. I can make necklaces and bracelets as well. I can make dangle earrings and pendants. I can wire wrap stones or I can attach a bail to them. So if you want custom work done please let me know and I will help you bring your idea to life.

Its only two weeks away!!!

The countdown is on it is only two weeks until Christmas! This time of year is a very special time to spend with family and friends and I would like to take the time to thank all of those men and women who will be away from their families wither they are working in a hospital or at a fire house or they are over seas fighting for this country. So as we all prepare to be with our families this year remember that we are lucky to be able to gather together and enjoy the holidays with those we love.
